Hua Yin Hua Jinshan Power Co., Ltd. was registered and established in March 2006. It is jointly funded by Shenyang Jinshan Energy Co., Ltd.,Liaoning Energy Investment (group) Co. LTD., Dandong Orient New Energy Co., Ltd. and Liaoning ningfuxin mining (group) co. LTD, established a large power generation enterprises in accordance with the modern enterprise system. The project was planned to install 4x600MW air cooling generating with room for expansion. The first phase 2x600MW thermal power air cooling generator was approved by the national development and Reform Commission in November 2005 and was put into production in 2008. The company is located on the vast grassland of Xi Ujimqin Banner in Xilinguole Meng, Inner Mongolia, , adjacent to the No. four open-pit coal mine of Bai Yin Hua coalfield, 100 kilometers from the town of URA, Bayan, where the Xi Ujimqin Banner is located. Using the EDI membrane of Canpure, the inlet water is reclaimed water,, and the total processing capacity is 5,520 tons per day.
