Shandong Runze Chemical Water Treatment Project
Shandong Runze Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. is a large, modern, high-tech enterprise integrating drug research and development, production, and sales. Located in Heze, Shandong—a city renowned for its abundant natural resources and outstanding people—our company primarily engages in the production and sale of antibiotic raw materials, pharmaceutical intermediates, and finished dosage forms. The application of Canpure membrane products in a major pharmaceutical project in Shandong marks a new milestone in large-scale pharmaceutical wastewater reuse technology. The project utilizes Canpure ultrafiltration products, with surface water serving as the source water, and a total daily treatment capacity reaching 11,000 tons.
Leshan Fuhua Water Treatment Project
Sichuan Leshan Fuhua Tongda Pesticide Technology Co., Ltd. is the only large-scale manufacturer of glyphosate raw materials in the three southwestern provinces. It is a designated glyphosate technical-grade pesticide producer approved by the National Development and Reform Commission and has been listed as a key enterprise for cultivation under the “668” project in Leshan City’s “11th Five-Year Plan.” The project employs Canpure ultrafiltration, with surface water serving as the source water, and the total treatment capacity reaches 15,000 tons per day.
MBR—Dulun Coal Chemical Water Treatment Project
Datang Duolun Coal Chemical Co., Ltd., with an annual polypropylene production capacity of 460,000 tons, is located in Duolun County, Xilingol League, Inner Mongolia. With a total investment exceeding 18 billion yuan, the project is a demonstration MTP (Methanol-to-Olefins) project in China's coal chemical industry and is classified as a project encouraged under the nation's energy development strategy and asset policies. The project utilizes MBR membrane products from Canpure; the raw water source is reclaimed wastewater, and the total daily water production reaches 16,800 tons.
Lihua Yi Group Water Treatment Project
Lihua Yi Group is a large-scale national enterprise group with petrochemicals and pharmaceuticals as its core industries, and textiles and apparel, as well as disinfectants, as its two supporting industries. It operates across multiple sectors, in multiple countries, and in a diversified manner. The company ranks among China's Top 1,000 industrial enterprises, the Top 500 Chinese manufacturers, the Top 100 Chinese chemical companies, and the top ten in the nation’s large and medium-sized enterprises in terms of independent innovation capability. It also ranks among Shandong Province’s Top 100 enterprises and the Top 100 industrial enterprises (groups) in Shandong Province. This project has undergone nine consecutive phases of construction and represents the first full-membrane process industry for refinery-owned power plants. It utilizes ultrafiltration and EDI products from Canpure, with surface water serving as the raw water source, and the total treated water volume exceeds 200,000 tons per day.
Daqing Oilfield Water Treatment Project
The Daqing Oilfield, China's largest oilfield discovered on September 26, 1959, and one of the world's ten largest oilfields, is located in Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province, China. It was put into development and construction in 1960 and comprises 48 oil and gas fields of varying sizes, including Satu, Xingshugang, Lamadian, and Chaoyanggou, covering an area of approximately 6,000 square kilometers. This project represents one of the earliest successful applications of membrane technology in oilfield water injection. Utilizing ultrafiltration products from Canpure, the total daily water production reaches 3,000 tons.
Shaanxi Xianyang Guotang Wastewater Treatment Project
The Guotang Wastewater Treatment Plant in Xianyang City was constructed in 2014. Based on estimates of reclaimed water usage within the High-Tech Zone, the current demand for reclaimed water in the High-Tech Zone is approximately 18,200 m³/day. This phase is designed with a capacity of 20,000 m³/day, corresponding to the first stage. The long-term design capacity will be 80,000 tons/day. The quality of the treated water meets the following standards: SDI < 3 and turbidity < 0.1 NTU.
