On November 17, 2020, the annual “Hua Zi Cup” professional knowledge quiz competition was successfully held in the auditorium on the first floor of the International Technology Exchange Center at the company’s Lusong Road campus. The quiz competition was organized by the company’s Science and Technology Association (referred to as “STA”), with co-organizers including the Technical Department and the Human Resources Center.
This competition featured four participating teams: the "Reviewers Alliance," the "Lightning Team," the "Elite Squad," and the "Furious Wolf Youth Team." The contestants came from various positions within the company and its subsidiaries, and they competed on the same stage under the careful guidance of their respective team mentors. The competition covered technical highlights across all product lines of Hua Zi Technology Group. Throughout the rounds—including mandatory questions, buzzer rounds, and riskier questions—participants fiercely competed against each other, leaving no room for compromise and vying eagerly for points. Their performances vividly demonstrated the "strength" of Hua Zi employees' professional expertise and the "depth" of their technical capabilities, delivering a truly spectacular showcase of professional knowledge and skill.
After fierce competition among the contestants and fair judging by the panel of judges, the championship team award was ultimately won by the “Wild Wolf Youth Team”; the “Elite Squad” took second place; and the “Reviewers Alliance Team” secured third place. Xie Qifa, a research and development engineer from the Shanghai Jing Branch, received the “Best Style Award”; and Yang Hailong from the company’s Overseas Business Division was awarded the “Best Player Award.”
Through this competition, colleagues have been further inspired to continuously learn the company’s specialized knowledge, strengthening professional and technical education. In the engaging and enjoyable competitive atmosphere, everyone has enhanced their professional awareness and shared the beauty of knowledge.
