On June 10, 2021, Hua Zi Technology and China National Geological Engineering Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “China Geology”) signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement at the headquarters of China Geology in Beijing. Hu Jianxin, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of China Geology, and Hou Hui, Member of the Party Committee and Chief Engineer, as well as She Pengfu, President of Hua Zi Technology, and Zhou Ai, Vice President, attended the signing ceremony. Guided by the fundamental principles of "equality and mutual benefit, resource sharing, complementary strengths, and common development," the two parties reached a strategic goal of jointly developing both domestic and international engineering contracting markets. Hu Jianxin and She Pengfu respectively signed the strategic cooperation framework agreement on behalf of their respective sides.
During the meeting, both sides introduced the basic situation and development strategies of their respective business sectors, engaged in in-depth discussions on potential synergies for business and project cooperation, and exchanged views on future development prospects, cooperation models, and proposed collaborative projects. Hu Jianxin stated that China Geology is one of the earliest large state-owned enterprises in China to enter the international engineering contracting market. For many consecutive years, it has been ranked among the Top 30 Chinese companies in overseas engineering contracting as well as among the world’s 250 largest international contractors. In the current complex and ever-changing international environment, China Geology is accelerating the establishment of a new “dual-circulation” development pattern—centered on the domestic major circulation while fostering mutual promotion between domestic and international circulations. The company boasts distinctive industry characteristics and significant comprehensive strengths. Both sides expressed their hope to carry out comprehensive cooperation in the fields of water conservancy, power generation, ecological and environmental governance, new energy, and academic research, both domestically and internationally, aligning with the 14th Five-Year Plan and the goals of peaking carbon emissions and achieving carbon neutrality, thereby jointly promoting green and high-quality economic and social development.
She Pengfu introduced that Hua Zi Technology specializes in automation, information technology, and intelligent technologies. The company provides core software and hardware products as well as system solutions for users in fields such as energy, environmental protection, industrial control, and water resources management, and is a leading enterprise in multi-energy IoT technology. This strong partnership with China National Geological Exploration Corporation holds profound significance for the company’s future strategic development.
